As a Back Office Support Representative, your role is vital in keeping our customers happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.

As a Back Office Support Representative, you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

• Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries

• Must have a great understanding of our software platform to trouble-shoot problems

• Ensure respond times are both accurate and delivered

• Respond to customers via e-mail and chat using online tools

• Identify complaints or issues for escalations and keep up-to-date records

• Work towards KPI's and targets

• Perform ad-hoc duties as may be deemed necessary

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• Good verbal and written English communication skills

• With 2-3 years competent experience in Non-Voice or online Customer Service Support (Email / Live Chat)

• Shows the ability to learn new skills and adapt to new processes

• Experience with common online customer service platforms (Uservoice, Zendesk or equivalent)

• Proven ability to develop solutions and prioritize their work with passion to go the extra mile

• Demonstrates strong attention to detail

• Must be willing to work on weekends and amenable to work at 6AM-3PM / 9AM-6PM

• Operating hours may evolve over time depending on business needs.

  • • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor'
  • s / College Degree , any field.

    • Willing to work full time

    • Must have experience with Adobe Suite - Illustrator / Photoshop

    • Familiar with Zendesk or other customer support software and Skype or other communication tool

    • Must be amenable to work in Weekends

    WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

    • Resolution of customer disputes.

    • Excellent feedback from customers.

    • Achievement of KPIs.
