Role description :

The Senior Social Media Specialist will be mainly responsible for the execution of social media strategy and managing global & regional social media pages.

Role accountabilities :

Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to :

Campaign Delivery

  • Execution of the social media strategy : manage the social media calendar, working closely with content strategy and social media strategy.
  • Publish and advertise content (texts, pictures, videos, etc.) to our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
  • Paid advertising

  • Can support paid media team with execution of paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn campaign manager and Facebook Business Manager
  • Social Media Management

  • Monitor and manage incoming message on our social channels
  • Content delivery

  • Briefing in asset requests to design team
  • Drafting copy for social shares
  • Preparing and managing global social media content calendar
  • Requesting content from stakeholders
  • Reporting / Analytics / Optimization

  • Prepare reports on channel performance, content performance, and campaign performance and translate them into recommendations and action plans.
  • Project Initiation / Management

  • Assist stakeholders in gathering, analyzing, and identifying campaign requirements; ability to gauge the complexity of the request
  • Ability to translate campaign requirements to identify Eloqua assets that are needed for production
  • Coordinate the work estimates and negotiate turnaround time within the team.
  • Provides status updates on report development, raise issues encountered, and adjust the timeline as appropriate
  • Community Management

  • Communicate insights and best practices to the regional and global teams
  • Social Media support answering and handling ad hoc queries & troubleshooting from regional Social teams.
  • Implement and improve guidelines for content creation, content distribution, and social engagement
  • Keep the social media team up to date about current and upcoming trends in social media and regional social activities
  • Continuously perform competitive research and monitor trends
  • User Management and Governance

  • Generate user accounts for new social media team members
  • Provide user training as required by regions
  • Regularly update user reports and conduct review with regions as necessary
  • Platform Development

  • Support Team Lead in developing modules, guides, and process documents
  • Identify and provide suggestions for continuous process improvement
  • Work closely with third party suppliers to identify issues in platforms, and how to maximize the use of platforms.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

    Requirements :

    Education : Bachelors Degree in Marketing, or any Business-related courses

    Job-Related Experience : 4-5 years of cumulative experience in social media marketing, managing social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Social Media Management Software

    Specific knowledge :

  • Setting up social ad campaigns on different social platforms
  • Social Media Management Tools (Coosto or similar social tooling software)
  • Web / Social Analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Coosto)
  • Content curation and Copywriting
  • Content Planning
  • Reporting / Analytics
  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Skills :

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and capable to create insights on how to optimize our content strategy
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the digital
  • Excellent project management skills and a pro-active attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills & English
  • Hands-on mentality, takes accountability, curious nature, continuous improvement driven both when asked for as well as on your initiative
