Employee Relations

  • Receive, process and respond to day to day employee concerns and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders, as necessary
  • Represents company on labor related cases
  • Facilitate exit procedure for resigned and terminated employee, and release exit documentation
  • Counseling, grievance and discipline for all staff, as needed
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration

  • Administers both government-mandated and company-initiated benefits, including government loans
  • Ensures that all benefits administered are consistent to the employees’ corresponding status and level, and are remitted in a timely manner
  • Maintains a record of all employee movement such as promotion, regularization, and salary adjustments
  • Records and Reports Management

  • Handles physical 201 files
  • Prepares monthly and yearend reports as required
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all employee data and all phases of Human Resources processes, working within HRIS tools, in accordance with company policy and statutory / local laws
  • Payroll

  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll
  • Ensure accurate statutory and tax deductions from payroll
  • Others

  • Performs and assume other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year course, Psychology or behavioral science courses an advantage
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
  • Good in MS Office, highly proficient in MS Excel
  • Has the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines on deliverables
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
  • Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City
