Summary : Responsible for developing and nurturing customer relationships in order to gain repeat business by friendly and clear communication with customers via phone, email, and chat.
Provide assistance on ordering and knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
1. Must be reliable & provide phone, email, and chat support. Connect with and respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels in with empathy, solutions, and speed.
Develop a thorough understanding of the applications and processes that comprise eCommerce functions and services.
2. Exhibit professionalism when answering customers and provide exceptional customer service. Independently seek solutions to customer issues, ask questions when you’re unsure of the answer, and escalate problems to the appropriate person when necessary.
3. Coordinate with customers for return / exchange requests.
4. Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs. Up-sells and makes recommendations to prospects and existing customers.
