Responsible in answering clients' concerns received from CCC Ops touchpoints

Ensure that all customer concerns are properly documented, processed or referred to concerned fulfillment units (i.e., Fraud Ops, AML Ops, Payment Ops, etc.)

Adhere to set quality standards by providing excellent customer service at all times

Report regularly to designated TL / Shift Supervisor and perform other functions as deemed necessary

Job Requirements : Bachelor's degree

At least 6 months contact center experience, preferably in financial institutions / banking industry

Amenable in shifting schedule including weekends and holidays

With good communication and interpersonal skills

Adaptable, willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment
