Responsibilities :

  • Oversee and structure internal tracking and recognition of revenue and expenses
  • Responsible for timely and accurate filing of documents to regulatory bodies such as BIR, SSS, Philhealth, and PAGIBIG
  • Filing and documentation of receipts
  • Bookkeeping
  • Able to handle full book-keeping activities and liaise with Regional Finance
  • Manager for monthly management reporting
  • Participate in / Drive process improvement activities related to work functions
  • Manage administrative team and support internal administrative documentation

  • Ensure proper recording and maintenance of accounting records
  • Ensure confidentiality of Company‚Äôs accounting information
  • Must be proactive and able to advise and understand local taxation regulations
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed by the company
  • Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Finance / Accountancy, Commerce, Banking or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 years work experience in Auditing / Accounting / Taxation
  • High attention to detail
  • Amenable to work in Quezon City
