Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES : IMPORTANT : This is a non-voice customer support role in a BPO setting. Customer support via chat, email and social media Maintenance of social media community Respond to social media customer queries Account Options : US Telecommunications, Travel (Airline), Publishing, Online Shopping Support ENJOY THESE WORLD-CLASS BENEFITS : Starting pay is PHP 16,000 - PHP20,000 / month including basic pay and allowance With additional allowances after 90 days of employment With monthly performance incentives per month.

Job Qualifications TO QUALIFY :

Candidate preferably (not required) has a background related to Advertising / Media, Humanities / Liberal Arts, Linguistics / Languages, Mass Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, English Literature, Creative Writing or equivalent.

We also accept undergraduate candidates (at least 2 years in college) as long as applicant has excellent English communication skills (oral and written).

No work experience required. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Applicant must be willing to work in Quezon City or Pasig City. There are also limited slots available in Antipolo City.
