Main Purpose of the Job :

Support the Hong Kong Human Resources team with all HR and C&B related activities, through effective and efficient co-ordination and administration.

Responsibilities :

  • You will be closely working with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR Operation team in Hong Kong and you are responsible for providing professional support to all HR and C&B related matters including but not limited to the following duties :
  • Perform daily HR operations, maintain staff personal records such as new joiners, leavers and any other movements
  • Perform daily C&B operations including payroll processing, pension and benefit administration, tax reporting, etc.
  • Support issuing various letters (e.g. salary review letter, probation letter, extension of contract, etc.)
  • Assist staff on Visa extension applications
  • Handle enquiries about HR and C&B matters
  • Maintain an accurate and updated HRIS (Personnel & Payroll systems)
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Qualifications, skills & experience

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in HR field
  • Good numeric and analytic mind with high accuracy and attentive to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and integrity
  • Independent and proactive
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
