As a Recruitment Manager, you will set the path to success by creating procedures for recruiting that will result in hiring quality talent.
You are also expected to :
Ensure hiring procedures are in compliance with Sutherland and Government policies
Analyze reports on employment statistics including but not limited to; cost per hire, source of hire and diversity of recruiting initiatives
Manage recruitment budget
Plans and evaluates the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidates
Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports
Negotiates service contracts with third party vendors for temporary staffing, reference checking, and pre-employment drug testing
Ensures a positive new hire on-boarding experience by constantly seeking ways to improve the curriculum, content, methodology, delivery, and process
Respond to and support organizational challenges
Our most successful candidates have :
Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university
Minimum of two years BPO experience
Must have proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Word, and Excel
Experience in managing functional groups
Excellent knowledge of HR personnel practices and principles
Proficient planning, time management, and decision making skills
Can communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
Capable to generate new ideas and manage them into reality
