An exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Global Payroll Lead to join our Corporate Operations Group, to lead our Global Payroll Team.

You will be a passionate and experienced people leader and demonstrate a deep understanding of global payroll functions.

You will possess excellent communication skills, an ability to engage with varying levels of stakeholders, including our payroll vendors, strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.

In this role you will be :

  • leading our team of payroll professionals;
  • providing strategic advice and guidance across a range of payroll activities;
  • managing compliance to payroll regulation and legislation;
  • resolving complex issues;
  • leading / supporting payroll related projects and change management to drive standardization, create efficiencies and deliver innovation;
  • evaluating and identifying issues with current processes on an ongoing basis and developing solutions to improve the governance and efficiency of payroll processes and the reduction of associated risks;
  • partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of each payroll cycle.
  • You will have a minimum of 10 years work experience in payroll and be able to work under pressure and against exacting timelines whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail.

  • You will have previous knowledge and understanding of complex payroll frameworks and practices, coupled with;
  • strong communication and influencing skills;
  • strong analytical skills and be highly numerate with great attention to detail;
  • being resourceful and pro-active with the ability to work as part of a collaborative global team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction;
  • a creative, solutions-focused and commercial approach whilst maintaining high standards of client service;
  • prior experience in vendor management relating to remuneration and benefits;
  • prior experience in managing a team across multiple geographies, would be advantageous.
