Description The Person will be exposed to the end to end process of Recruitment. He / She will be exposed to hiring different profiles from Engineering, Analytics, IT, Customer Service, Finance, and others. Responsibilities
Promotes Emerson to applicants through Company and job orientation by phone, face to face or through job fairs.
Attracts potential candidates to apply and join the company.
Use behavioral questions to determine best fit candidate to endorse to Ops (Technical, Soft Skills and Internal drives).
Schedules best fit candidates for Ops interview and follow-ups.
Evaluates suitability and develop assessment notes to justify reason of endorsement.
Performs candidate management by providing clear next steps to candidates. Prepares shortlisted candidates by giving tips on better management of interview for higher probability of success.
Progress a candidate in a timely manner in Oracle Recruit.
Attends Calibration Meetings to fully understand hiring requirements
Requirements · Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Preferably with 6 months to 1 year recruitment experience
Good communications skills, interpersonal skills, and enjoys work that deals with a lot of people face to face or by phone
Able to promote the company, attract people to apply and assess right candidate for the opening
Willing to work in Quezon City
Willing to work on a morning shift schedule
