Job Description

a. Prepare 201 files of the unit owners. b. Handling UO concerns and requests in relation to acceptance of the physical unit.

c. Punchlisting (RI / CO) of units prior to turnover. d. Coordination with internal groups for the final handover of keys.

e. Makes sure that he / she delivers quality units. f. Prepare handover documents and contracts. g. Prepare presentations for virtual viewing and acceptance.

h. Coordination with Leasing for the leasing orientation. i. Coordination with PMO for the House Rules guidelines and orientation.

j. Coordination with UO and bank in relation to bank financing concerns.

Minimum Qualification

  • Graduate of any four year course (Customer Service related)
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, High sense of urgency in addressing client concerns, Detail-oriented and very organized
