Job Description

  • The Finance and admin manager has overall responsibilty for all the financial and administrative activities of the company;
  • Consolidates financial information, preparing reports and statement and reporting to Director and GM;
  • Review and approve accounts payable and expense payable booking and disbursements;
  • Supervise A / R collection and improve on overdue account;
  • Treasury management, including cashflow forecasts and actuals;
  • Conduct feasibility study of business opportunities;
  • Annual Budgeting;
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained;
  • Handle administrative tasks and oversee office administrations;
  • Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of payroll and incentives.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years accounting and finance experience, minimum of 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience;
  • CPA License is a plus;
  • Experience in a Medical, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is a plus;
  • Knowledgeable in IFRS and Philippine GAAP;
  • Extensive understanding and appreciation of Local Personal Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and Corporate Income Tax and their implications to business operations;

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
