Job Purpose

  • To support the marketing team in the successful implementation and tracking of all marketing programs particularly under communications, digital, and PR.
  • Job Description

  • Close coordination with external agencies and third parties in the successful implementation and tracking of all marketing programs such as but not limited to digital campaigns, PR, brand awareness campaigns, etc.
  • Liaises with both the teams internal and external clients to ensure that all requests and project related concerns are addressed and communicated effectively.
  • Provides administrative and secretarial support to the team.
  • Assists in overseeing the teams major programs and initiatives under Communications.
  • Acts as secretariat for the companys CSR (corporate social responsibility) efforts.
  • Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Humanities related courses
  • With 1 to 2 years experience in a similar role or function. Fresh graduates can be considered.
  • With strong attention to details.
  • Equipped with good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and skilled in coordination.
  • Proficient in the use of MS programs and applications.
  • Highly passionate and dedicated to delivering excellent work.
  • Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Administrative, Coordination, MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher), Communication Skills
  • Basic knowledge on Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Willing to be assigned at Makati
  • Willing to work on 6-day work schedule or depending on client needs
  • Job Requirements
