Description The role is to support the Manila Commercial and Residential Solutions HR Operations specifically on the following areas : Employee Engagement Planning and Implementation, Events Management & Logistics and Admin Support Responsibilities
Employee Engagement Planning and Implementation
Leads conceptualization and implementation of employee relations programs and activities to ensure the safety and health and holistic well-being of employees.
Lead, plan, implement regular employee engagement minor activities such as but not limited to birthday bashes (monthly), Rewards & Recognition initiatives / programs (quarterly), Valentine's day activity, Father’s and Mother’s Day programs etc.
Co-lead major Employee Engagement activities such as Family Day, Service Awards, Year-end parties etc.
Serves as the point of contact for Procurement related concerns on supplier management for events
Facilitates assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee engagement activities through online surveys, employee pulsing, feedback sessions, etc.
Evaluates employee engagement programs and follows through interventions implemented;
Develops and designs employee engagement activities to increase employee engagement and awareness based from the results of the assessments
Ensures that the following HR Projects (Annual Physical Exams, Flu Vaccination, Refresher Trainings, etc.) are properly carried out.
Support in consultative services to the different business units with regards to HR practices, increasing employee engagement through culture building activities and programs
Implements employee communication policies and programs, monitor effectiveness of communication channels (QCM) within the assigned units and departments, drives the completion of employee opinion survey plans.
Recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation Discipline Management Support
Works closely with Lead Specialist in handling Discipline Management cases - Level 1 Offenses
Assist in sending Return-to-Work-Order, Show Cause Memo, Notice of Decision, etc to city / government post offices HR Admin Support
Maintains Human Resources Bulletin
Coordinates quarterly communications meeting / s and webcast / s
Logs / tracks service bonds on training and travel
Logs / tracks Foreign Employees requirements for work permit and VISA processing; assist in ensuring that all requirements are completed and submitted
Serves as the representative / point of contact of Commercial and Residential Solutions in Emerson wide events (One Emerson)
Handles employee related issues, concerns and queries
Handles all correspondence to and from the office for record, endorsement, and monitoring purposes
Works closely with HR Analytics and Projects team on various employee data and information needed related to Employee Engagement
Handles other duties as assigned Requirements
Must be a graduate of AB / BA or BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, or Management preferred
With at least 2 years of related experience in same position or capacity in a similar setting or industry SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Has good Presentation Skills.
Has good Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to relate with different types of people in all levels. OTHER WORK CONDITIONS
