The Role

This is a dynamic role responsible for Contracts and Procurement RtP operational activities supporting Retail business in Canada, US and Mexico executed in GSAP ERP System.

The individual is responsible for the efficient and timely transactional processing of materials, services and requisitions in support of the Retail business.

Portfolio might also include creation and management of several Operational contracts.

As an individual contributor, the Retail Support Analyst is responsible to liaise and collaborate with various levels of stakeholders to address inquiries, resolve issues on a timely manner and establish preventive action plans moving forward with focus on addressing root causes.

The role also conducts data analysis and presentations to support the Line Manager, Operations Excellence (OE) team or other relevant groups.

The Analyst will conduct deep dives into root causes and perform other analysis on a regular basis to drive Continuous Improvement with focus on creating capacity, increasing automation and stakeholder training.

  • Create Purchase Requisitions and Service entries in support of the Retail Americas business while ensuring data quality and fast delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Purchase Requisitions and Service Entry creation performed by stakeholders in Retail Business
  • Create and Manage Operational Contracts in compliance with the CMCP process and delivering Value Improvement opportunities where applicable
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, PGS and other business stakeholders to deliver Continuous Improvement initiatives, resolve RtP issues and provide support for the overall Retail business operations.
  • Perform assigned ERP / SAP Super User Role : address how to questions, perform training and testing to support the process and IT related change activities in area of responsibility, raise enhancement requests and participate in the review together with the process experts.
  • Act as a first point of contact of the end users within the scope of the role
  • Work with vendors to resolve issues within the scope of the role
  • Provide back-up support to other team members
  • Perform other roles within the scope of the process and / or departmental / SBO Manila initiatives as assigned and agreed with the Line Manager.
  • ex. CI Projects, Focal in Visual Management Board or KPI Analysis, Emergency Response Team etc.)


  • Bachelors degree from recognized University.
  • 2-3 years working experience, preferably in a Procurement environment.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across business and functional stakeholders in a virtual environment
  • Strong analytical skills with focus on root cause analysis
  • Ability to focus on meeting operation needs with low error processing of repetitive transactions
  • Proactively look for improvement opportunities
  • Can work independently with competing priorities.
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English (written and oral).

  • GSAP ERP (being an existing GSAP Super User is an asset). Skill
