End to end process from Sourcing to Job Offer endorsed to HR
Handle all non-technical roles such as Accounting, VA and other basic IT roles.
Posting Job Order in Jobstreet,LinkedIn and other sourcing channel.
Manage the application and sending of email including questionnaires, exam, schedule of interviews, etc. to the applicants.
Shortlisting and Interview candidates thru Skype, Phone and Initial Interview in office.
Attend Weekly Recruitment Catch up
Preparation of Job Offer and negotiation.
Doing Pre-employment Reference Check / Background Check
Updating all Recruitment databases such as Recruitment Stages Report, Resume Databases, Client Requirements, etc.
Must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment, and in handling a team
Must be keen to details
Must have excellent written and spoken ENGLISH
Leadership skills and experience is a must
Can start immediately
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Manila time
