Job Description :
Purpose of the role :
Closely sit and discuss with FC to take care of business issue and team.
Agile to heads up quickly on every issue identified in terms of business and people
Proactively monitor and resolve inefficiency and ineffectiveness of working process
Decision support for business partners through value add analysis, thorough understanding of movements on accounts, the business reason behind those, and collection and presentation of Risk & Opportunities (BIR, SEC and PEZA regulations)
Planning - Coordinate with markets, sense check and validate the bottom up results to the top down expectation
Prepare OIE(other income and expense) report (analyze plan vs. actual)
Continuously monitor the respective P&L and BS and CF accounts for any inconsistencies
Make sure Balance Sheet GL reconciliations are completed and reflected the changes in the business
To ensure that financial processes are undertaken accurately, efficiently, on time and that the surrounding internal control procedures are strictly adhered to in lines with CARM processes
To contribute ideas, energy, enthusiasm and support to the continuous improvement of the process.
Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes
Continuously maintains excellent personal and business relationship with the market and in house stakeholders
University / College degree in finance / accounting / business / CPA
At least 7 - 8 years working experience in a multinational corporate environment, with exposure to some of the following areas :
Proven track record in the area of Financial Accounting / Reporting, and / or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred
Internal / external audit experience and / or SOX is an advantage
Experience with Shared services process activities is an advantage
Capable of working in a deadline driven environment.
Experience of working in a multi-national financial environment
Hard working personality, flexibility
