Job Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in any business courses
  • 1 year of working experience as a Customer Service in a semiconductor or electronics company
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills - working knowledge in MS Office (Excel) and SAP Business One (B1)
  • Background / experience in semiconductors or electronics industry
  • Location : Binan, Laguna
  • Salary range : 20k to 25k
  • Job Summary :

  • Responsible for processing customer sales orders on time to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Delivering information and resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner, while supporting good relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, pricing and services offered
  • Inform customers of changes to order expectations
  • Follow up with the Sales Team on customer issues.
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and other documents essential to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Investigate and respond to inter-departmental and customer inquires
  • Backlog management drive hold releases, ensure delivery commitments are met,communicate order status to customers and sales.
  • Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time and / or metric needs, improving quality and other expectations.
  • Other tasks that maybe assigned by immediate superior.
