Role. An overview of the opportunity :
You will be working together with our engineering, customer experience and data analytics teams to facilitate our report submission processes.
Responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include :
Review and submit scan data reports to our partners / brands in a timely manner
Manage ticketing system for resubmission and data integrity requests
Troubleshoot data discrepancies in reports
Work cross-functionally to ensure data quality issues are resolved
Escalate issues to impacted internal stakeholders
Configure reports for proper formatting
Adhere to documentation and guidelines for standard operating procedures
Help identify opportunities for process improvement
Support the team on any additional projects directly related to report submission and data quality
Skills. We are looking for :
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Process oriented, meticulous attention to detail
Data oriented, experience working with large datasets
Querying relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Snowflake)
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
Diligent and methodical at problem-solving
Strong organizational and time management skills - able to prioritize multiple tasks under demanding timeframes
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to create a high-quality team-oriented environment
Ability to convey data issues in layman’s terms to those less familiar with report formatting Preferred
Experience. We’d like candidates to have :
6 months - 1 year of practical experience
Atlassian project management tools
