Essential and optional requirements
College graduate preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management.
Effective leadership, communication and guest relation skills.
Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
Updates data for all operating equipment i.e. china, glassware, silverware etc.
Concentrate on the physical operations.
Control and monitor products and equipment requisition.
Updates GMP (Good Management Practices) from time to time in line of the latest change in operation.
