We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.The Creative Marketing Specialist shall ideate and create content marketing initiatives (content planning and strategy), platforms development specifically for the website, other online platforms and for all CRM initiatives.

Main Duties

  • Ideate, design, create various materials for print and digital platforms (not limited to social media, SNS, website, mailers)
  • Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection and package design
  • Closely work with the rest of the creative team across different types of media
  • Generate clear ideas and concepts with the marketing team
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, art layouts based on creative visions and ideas
  • Ensure the branding guidelines are followed and applied correctly across types of media
  • Ensure creative output are completed with high quality and are on schedule
  • Identify trends and insights, keep up-to-date on new creative marketing trends
  • Relevant Experiences and Qualifications

  • Preferred at least 3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, art direction, concept development
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
  • Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other visual design tools
  • Demonstrable graphic and multimedia design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Creative thinker and has an eye for details
  • Incorporates feedback and takes / gives direction well
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Information Design, Communications, or related field
  • Personality

  • Agility, able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and undefined environment.
  • A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach
  • A passion for working in and managing a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Adept multitasker with the ability to quickly prioritize and effectively delegate tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and a creative thinker.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe suite, InDesign and other multimedia design tools
