Requirements :
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with an active and unrestricted US and PH licenses to practice in both the Philippines and a US state.
At least one (1) year of clinical experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in Healthcare Utilization Review / Utilization Management with focus in Precertification review.
Knowledge on federal, state, URAC, and client protocols is preferred.
Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule in QC / Taguig.
Responsibilities :
Ensure that transactions are processed per the Desktop procedures
Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA(Service level agreement) and Internal standards
Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by process excellence
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
