Manage the day to day operations within the hub using the daily performance report, track record of high performance and team improvement
Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced
Dispute resolution within and outside the team
Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
Has held a leadership role in a division or team, within a warehouse or hub environment
Experienced in e-commerce fulfilment
