  • Receives to phone calls and inquiries
  • Maintains, updates and tabulates reports for inquiries
  • Sets schedules and takes minutes of business unit meetings and provides concerned parties copies of the minutes
  • Coordinates HR and shared services concerns of the business unit in behalf of the business unit
  • Logs daily schedules and activities of the business unit head
  • Safe keeps files, legal and accountable documents and important records of the business unit
  • Prepares liquidation report
  • Provide assistance and coordination for the logistical requirement of the department
  • May be assigned to handle the petty cash of the business unit
  • Attend to office maintenance requirement and office supplies and equipment requirements

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
