Position : Human Resource Manager

Salary : Php 50,000 - Php 60,000

Work Schedule : Day shift Mon- Sat

Position Allowance

Note : Depending on the relevant experience as an HR.

Responsibilities :

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.

Managing, coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.

Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.

Note : Other duties and responsibilities will discuss it to you during interviews.

Bachelor’s degree

At least 5 years of experience in Human Resource

At least 3 years of experience in Labor Relations and Employee Relations

Has experience in supervisory roles.
