The client is an online entertainment company.. famous YouTube channel built around a cartoon animation channel.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Report to team on Customer Service Weekly

• Manage Customer support tickets on ZenDesk

• Use Shopify to find information about orders

• Use ShipStation to modify orders

Skills :

• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

• Speak English Fluently

• Good written communication

• Ability to help angry customers

• Well organized and able to work well under pressure

• Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US MST

• Amenable to start immediately
