Position Overview : The Sample Coordinator’s priority is managing multiple brands’ samples used for all ecommerce, product laydown and brand campaign photography photoshoots.
In this role, the Sample Coordinator will work with multiple cross-functional teams to successfully receive, track and return samples critical to our photo shoots.
This individual contributor role will report to the Senior Creative Operations Manager and support the Senior Creative Operations Specialist.
Performance Requirements / Duties Sample Processing Check-in, label and confirm samples for accuracy. Document and communicate with partners on sample questions, issues, or late samples.
This includes wrapping up style out, taking photos, notating style information, organizing samples, routing to merchants, and keeping it updating pre and post photo shoot for accuracy Assist the Sr.
Creative Operations Manager in brand campaign retouching Support the team with billing by entering requisitions, POs and Good Receipts Highly motivated, positive and energetic individual with extreme attention to detail.
