JOB SUMMARY : Sales and Marketing

Sales and Marketing


Responsibilities :

Identifying new business opportunities and managing existing relationships of clients. This will include : project management, planning, close coordination with international partners, market research, product development, training, sales promotion, conversion of leads into sales (in charge of sales funnel), negotiating & closing deals / sales, building and maintaining relationships


  • Graduate of Education, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or any related course
  • Preferably with 2 years’ work experience in sales, training, marketing and / or business development digital programs / platforms preferably in the Education and Labor sector
  • With experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships with institutional clients, or equivalent
  • Preferably has an established network within different institutions, particularly the education, government and industry sector
  • Preferably has marketing and media experience
  • Will handle / deal with international / foreign partners
  • With training and teaching experience as trainers / teachers
  • Has a background in digital and other technology based platforms specifically in training, assessments and course / curriculum development
  • Excellent presentation and client management skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, powerpoint) programs
  • Results driven, dynamic, enterprising and flexible
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; proven ability to be flexible in a team-oriented approach with diverse groups of people
  • Can relate, deal, and interact with different kinds of people at all levels in the organization
  • Can work independently (individual) and interdependently (group)
  • Willing to do field work
