The Leasing and Business Development Officer assists the manager in sourcing and maintaining office leasing accounts. The incumbent assists in identifying business development opportunities, assists in the preparation of action plans to achieve the goals of the division.
In addition, she assists the manager in the review of existing procedures and suggests improvements, as needed, to streamline the operations.
She assists the manager in the day-to-day activities of the Division.
LEASING Assists the manager in the marketing, sales, and leasing activities of the division Contributes to the attainment of company’s objectives by generating new business to achieve the Division’s objectives and goals.
Responsible for new accounts generation and management Liaises with other departments to address issues and or concerns of new Lessees Assists the Manager in attending to special accounts / projects, as needed Assists the Manager in liaising with government units and maintains a good working relationship with them
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Assists in the market research and analysis, and in defining the product and development strategies for projects Assists the Manager and the Division Head in the preparation of financial projections to determine the best product for new projects Assists the Manager in monitoring market conditions for proper forecasting and planning Sources for prospective Buyers for the commercial lots identified for sale, and assists in the leasing out of industrial lots Assists the team in the disposal of company assets, as needed
MARKETING Participates in the creation of the marketing plan, development of marketing collaterals, and events conceptualization Participates in the implementation of marketing strategies and goals
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent.
