The finance and admin manager has overall responsibility for all of the financial and administrative activities of the company.
Consolidates financial information, preparing reports and statements and reporting to director and gm. Review and approve accounts payable and expense payable booking and disbursements.
Supervise a / r collection and improve on overdue accounts. Treasury management, including cashflow forecasts and actuals.
Conduct feasibility study of business opportunities. Annual budgeting. Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Handle administrative tasks and oversee office administrations. Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of payroll and incentives. Min.
Of 5 years finance and accounting experience; min.
2 years of managerial / supervisory experience. Degree in ba, financial accounting, or equivalent qualifications.1 Cpa license is a plus.
Work experience in medical / pharmaceutical / healthcare industry is a plus. Knowledgeable of ifrs and philippine gaap. An extensive understanding and appreciation of local personal income tax, vat, withholding tax, and corporate income tax and their implications to business operations.
Proficient user of microsoft office. A good working knowledge of computerized accounting systems and software. Excellent verbal and written english communication skills.
