The primary focus of the Digital Marketing Manager is to drive growth for lead generation across online channels in the B2B space.

This is a hands-on role, responsible for execution and management of the digital lead generation strategy for Satellite Office and achieving significant growth.

    Digital Strategies

  • Understand the marketing needs of the company in relation to lead generation, client acquisition, and brand management
  • Propose, execute, and evaluate digital & social media marketing plan to align with Satellite Office key objectives and overarching marketing strategy
  • Discuss future needs and continuous improvement initiatives in relation to digital marketing approaches with the Marketing Manager
  • Liaise with Digital Marketing Agencies when required to assess options and propose a plan or approach, including measuring of performance of any agreed spend
  • SEO / SEM

  • Plan, manage and execute an SEO strategy to increase traffic to the website
  • Plan, manage and execute an SEM strategy to increase traffic to the website within the agreed budget
  • Perform ongoing business keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
  • Provide recommendations for online advertising campaigns to increase lead generation
  • Website Ownership

  • Optimising the Satellite Office corporate and recruitment website and driving engagement and conversion
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the websites
  • Creating landing pages for the websites essential
  • Updating content on the websites as required - essential
  • Ensure brand integrity is upheld at all times and across all touch-points
  • Social Media Management

  • Overseeing the social media strategy for Satellite Office
  • Provide recommendations for content, messaging, and engagement strategies on Satellite Office social media accounts
  • Create and publish social media campaigns that deliver on Satellite Office brand objectives for corporate and recruitment channels
  • Online Campaigns

  • Plan and manage regular integrated digital campaigns including EDM (Email Direct Marketing), Web, and Social Media - essential
  • Develop, implement and measure lead nurturing campaigns - essential
  • Develop, implement and measure social selling campaigns including via LinkedIn
  • Provide recommendations for new technology and strategies to improve campaign results
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Regular reporting of leads, conversions and ROI for all digital channels - essential
  • Utilise web analytics to gain insight into user behaviors and use these to provide suggestions to increase online lead generation essential
  • Provide regular reporting on traffic and the progress of traffic acquisition projects to the management team

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role - essential
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset accountable for recommendations and decisions
  • Proven Lead Generation experience essential
  • Ability to configure, monitor, report and optimise campaigns essentia
  • Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
  • Extensive experience in Business-to-Business corporate branding is essential
  • Extensive experience in campaign management across Paid and Owned Channels - SEM, SEO, Outreach, Social, EDMs - essential
  • Extensive experience analysing analytics (from website, campaigns, etc.) is required essential
  • Basic image editing capabilities for social media posts
  • Degree qualified, preferably Business or Marketing related, from a reputable College or University essential
  • Platform Experience Preferred :

    Adwords, GDN, Display and Paid Marketing Platforms essential

    Google Analytics, Tag Management

    MailChimp or similar Email marketing

  • Willing to work Australian Hours (7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm MNL)
