BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE STRATEGIC PRODUCT OWNERSHIP DATA SOLUTIONS for the Omniretail Group and Major Accounts Group.
Design and land solutions to drive CD KPIs linked to available data sources in partnership with Big Data Developers. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Design solutions to drive KPIs using existing reports to come up with prescriptive solutions for field teams Ie Defines the Business Problem that needs to be solved, and conceptualizes how to use data to solve it, then works with the Bog Data Team to develop the product / solution.
Will work with with Big Data and CD Information Teams to launch the OG Dashboard and ensure necessary updates are done for the OG and MAG Dashboards Sponsorship : Lead for MAG development projects : Manage internal stakeholders efficiently ie : MAG Team and ACDMs Drives change management in the DT organization to build a sustainable organization capable of driving growth from our MAG business (Project Lego) Works hand in hand with the MAG Field Team to drive capability using the 70-20-10 learning framework Produces MAG Monthly Updates for KPIs circulated to the LTs and MAG Team Works with the (CD info) run team to ensure accuracy of MAG reports Works and aligns with the SCM Team where data is required to support MAG programs Identifies trends and opportunities from our data and reports ESSENTIAL SKILLS Experienced in Account Management is a must (You can only partner and create solutions for Key Account managers if you have first hand experience).
Strong Analytical Skills : ability to articulate Business Opportunities from looking at data Familiar with Distributor Management Strong interpersonal skills DESIRED SKILLS Being a self starter is a plus if the talent has the initiative and know how to work without much direction.
