You will be part of the Finance and Accounting Learning & Development team, under the Transport and Logistics Organization
You will be responsible to equip employees with process / domain knowledge throughout their learning life-cycle
Plan and deliver high quality SAP training to the Maersk Line ATR population
Ensure impactful training is provided to all new hires joining FNA with detailed report of trainee performances. A regular cycle for Refresher and BAU programs needs to be executed.
You will be responsible for monitoring effective content designing and regular up-grading as well as delivery of trainings to guarantee functional competency enhancement across the Maersk Line processes at Manila
Ensure efficient and correct process handling is adopted and aligned to the global standard procedures
As a L&D manager, you will have to connect regularly with all stakeholders to keep them updated on trainee performance with detailed MI
You will have an opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects and initiatives to ensure the optimal level of system knowledge is anchored in the organization
We are looking for
Strong & proven experience in training, learning and development function
Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially ATR process knowledge
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any Business-related course
Master’s Degree in Finance is recommended but not required
An excellent communicator, who thrives at sharing information and knowledge among varied audiences
A self-driven person who takes ownership and responsibility in a challenging environment
Someone who enjoys initiating and implementing changes, working in a structured and well-organized manner
Able to handle multiple things and adapt to change and able to deliver under pressure
