Description Performs market research that will be used for variety of research projects such as : industry, segment, product value, competitive intelligence monitoring, and lead generation campaigns.
Specialist will also conduct telephone surveys of various customers and prospect for a variety of purposes. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities
Collects market segmentation and industry data to support strategic planning.
Collects and analyzes data on existing and prospective customers.
Collects, organizes, analyzes and communicates competitive information, including technology, features.
Creates various marketing and corporate reports.
Creates project databases and other internal reporting requirements as assigned by US counterparts.
Manages competitive intelligence database.
Responsible to proactively callout the customer depending on the objectives of the client either to drive sales, survey or cleanse their database.
Responsible for researching huge amount of data about Companies mainly their financial background, products, etc.
Sends follow-up emails to prospective customers, permission marketing, email blast
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree preferable in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, and other business related courses
At least 1year experience in Market Research or related field / support
Minimum 1year Customer Service or Sales / Marketing background
Minimum of 1year customer service experience preferably on outbound telemarketing support
Basic to Intermediate Knowledge in MS Office Applications
Experience in SharePoint is a plus but not required
Experience in Market Research / Research
Multi-tasking skill in a fast paced environment
Strong in written and verbal skills
Accurate in delivering outputs
Generate Statistics and reports required
Strong Analytical Skill
