Key responsibilities

  • Should have an eye for detail and the ability to effectively deal with guests, other departments and housekeeping staff.
  • Obtains list of vacant rooms to be cleaned immediately & list of prospective checkouts in order to prepare work assignments.
  • Close co-ordination between Front Office, Engineering, Food and Beverage, Guest Relation, HR.
  • Responsible for all hotel Housekeeping / Laundry functions, cleaning, guest supplies, linen equipment
  • General Ensures the overall cleanliness of the hotel, including accurate scheduling of periodical cleaning plans, etc.
  • Works closely with the FO and Engineering department to ensure best possible service to maintain flow of clean rooms for re-sale.
  • Promotes teamwork within the department as well as a sense of fairness.
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Key requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an international chain of hotel / resort is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills : Oral and Written
  • Willing to be based in Boracay, Philippines
