Position Responsibilities

The Training Coordinator will create and manage internal-facing training and courseware development life cycles, working with developers and SMEs to ensure training content for DCO (Deltek Cloud Operations) personnel is accurate and relevant and that it is consistently presented in a professional format.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing the development and maintenance of internal training curriculum content and plans
  • Collaborating effectively with centralized learning groups and other learning functions to consistently deliver relevant, excellent quality course materials
  • Performing requirements / needs analysis and using data to direct course design and outcome
  • Performing regular review and analysis of industry / SME feedback in order to deliver constant improvement in the quality of courseware and the learner’s experience
  • Analyzing input from SMEs and user audiences to create and modify program deliverables, as necessary
  • Establishing product training governance process and holding regular meetings with key stakeholders
  • Ensuring all training content follows strong instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Qualifications

    Minimum Education : Diploma / Certification in IT or Service Related Discipline

    Preferred Education : Bachelor's Degree or Higher

    Minimum Experience : 2 - 4 years

    Preferred Experience : 4 - 6 years

    Desired Skills / Abilities :

  • Experience in technical curriculum development and technical instructional design
  • Familiarity with Adult Learning Principles and proficiency with instructional design software
  • Demonstrated skills in developing various learning modalities (self-paced, virtual, instructor-led, peer-to-peer) with the ability to jump in to the details and execute
  • Advanced English written and verbal communication skills required
  • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of an organization
  • Expert computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
  • Ability to describe key activities as simple process / flow diagrams
  • Facilitation skills including the ability to relate well with others, run successful meetings, and the ability to adapt style and design on the fly as needed
  • Ability to drive strategy and execution of course development cross functionally with stakeholders
  • Ability to establish and maintain high levels of professional conduct for course development
  • Good project management skills well organized with attention to details, contingencies, and dependencies
  • Team player with superior people interaction skills
