  • Leadsoperational administration for the organization's messaging, collaboration andticketing platforms
  • Managesoftware upgrades and installation of hotfixes, patches and service packs withminimal down time
  • Troubleshootcomplex problems, develop documentation and technical procedures as necessary.
  • Respondto system outages and maintenance needs including off hours and weekends.
  • Resolvestechnical escalations and provides recommendations for performance improvements
  • Monitorsystems performance and ensure availability and usability

  • Bachelordegree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science,Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other related courses.
  • Atleast 2 years of working experience as a Systems Administrator or in thesimilar field
  • Diverserange of technical skills including but not limited to Systems Administration.
  • Mustbe a team player and can work effectively with peers in resolving problems
  • Abilityto work under pressure and meet hard deadlines
  • Musthave excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Willingto work on the night shift

  • Provenexperience in Windows Server 2008 / 2012 Administration
  • Strongknowledge in Active Directory, LDAP and DNS
  • Knowledgein IIS in a web hosting environment
  • Understandingof networking, including firewall and load balancers such as F5
  • Exposureto patching tools and deploying updates using Systems Center ConfigurationManager (SCCM), Altiris or WSUS
  • Experiencewith administration of Exchange 2013, Lync 2013 and SharePoint 2013 / 2016
  • Experiencein Office 365 Administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online andSkype for Business
  • Familiarwith the ITIL process. Experience in implementing and maintaining IT ServiceManagement (ITSM) tools
  • Microsoftcertification is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Knowledgein Linux administration is a plus
