The Associate Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for enabling our global marketing and sales programs through a fully optimized technology and database infrastructure.
They will ensure we grow and maintain a clean, marketable database and execute data research and analysis to support the Global Marketing and Sales Organization.
The candidate will prepare data analysis and reports for use in Marketing Projects and must have experience in conducting additional projects and tasks may also be assigned based on manager discretion.
Manage data projects with direct communication to marketing and sales leadership, providing insight on data and recommendations on leveraging data resources
Create and maintain reports to obtain data for outbound prospecting lists and / or other marketing projects as requested by the business unit
Import lists, schedule and execute outbound prospecting campaigns using Eloqua and Salesforce.
Generate, maintain, and distribute reports to key stakeholders on a regular basis related to key KPIs for outbound prospecting
Assist in developing strategy for targeted outbound prospecting campaigns and is responsible for data extraction and analysis
Participate and own tasks related to data management and marketing enablement projects
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proven experience in a similar role
At least 1-2 years of experience in data research and / or data qualification / validation
Process improvement and documentation experience
Excel and analytical skills highly preferred
Strong computer and internet skills, including MS Office, internet research and database skills
Previous experience using Salesforce.com, any marketing automation software such as Eloqua, account based marketing platform (Demandbase)
Knowledge of Outbound Prospecting Technology (SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator or other sales tools) preferred
