Job Requirements : TECHNICAL RECRUITER (Mid Level)

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.

Required skill(s) : sourcing, end to end recruitment, interviewing, Account Management.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Recruiting for Actuarial roles is a plus!

Work from home until further notice; willing to work in BGC, Taguig if needed

Work schedule M-F (9AM-6PM)

Can start ASAP or 15 days notice

Job Duties :

Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment cycle :

Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to achieve team targets.

Work closely with the Account Manager to discuss about the requisition.

Sourcing of best fit candidate against the job requirement specifications

Involved in Non-IT and IT recruiting of employees for different clients / accounts

Handling first round of HR interview in order to assess the candidates suitability, attitude, academic and professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc.

Handling all functions of recruitment from sourcing of candidates through head hunting, Job portals,referrals etc for Non-IT and IT requirement

Coordinating next stages of recruitment process after initial screening.

Facilitating interview of candidates with the client
