Responsible for leading the Broker Network to ensure that all sales objectives are met and the company brand values and image are followed.
Monitor generated sales by properly identifying clear and closed sales.
Generate ideas to increase sales through competitive planning and strategy.
Conduct regular prospecting activities and project presentations to potential brokers.
Clearly and completely represent the company and the Amiya Rosa brand in the most professional manner by extending excellent customer service to all internal and external clients.
Actively participate in manning, open houses and other selling activities.
Handle all broker inquiries, requests and concerns
Aid client in understanding and completing all required documentations
Regularly accomplish and submit sales reports and daily activity reports to Sales Director.
Assist the Broker in closing sales with high potential clients.
Part of the team in marketing events such as : open houses, sales rallies and launchings
