This role is 100% remote work.

Requirements

In this role, you will :

Directly report to the owner

Manage pipeline, Key Performance Indicator, Lead to Close Ratio

Create lead targeting list (based on a clear target audience and parameters)

Provide demonstrations to corporate decision-makers to use the Predictive Index software for talent management. This will include lead follow-up, email, video conferencing, and social media messaging to encourage prospects to discover the value of their solution.

Drive sales lead via outbound phone call activities to have appointments set

Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels

Align daily workflows, tasks, and activities with a pre-designed sales process and an organized stream of potential customers through the sales pipeline.

Work to implement email marketing campaigns - A Plus

Develop new markets for existing clients

Passionate about helping save the environment and making a contribution to humanity

Engage leads in the pipeline over one or more channels (web, mobile, social media, email, etc).

Research prospects, make sales calls, request clients for a meeting, provide software demos, and send follow-up emails.

Generate targeted leads

Conduct outbound prospecting / cold calling and respond to inquiries generated through inbound leads - A possible option but not required

Manage a pipeline of leads and sales opportunities

Educate and develop prospects, working with them through the sales process as needed.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of the prospect in the sales CRM.

Your capability :

Qualified 3- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative

Experience with sales performance software such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Hubspot or other CRM

Strong background in creating and automating sales process is an advantage

Passionate about helping save the environment and making a contribution to humanity

Fluent in English both written and oral

Highly organized with clear attention to detail.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and deliverables while managing multiple requests concurrently.

Solid understanding of client pain points and business needs, with a solutions-oriented and consultative approach to problem-solving

Curiosity, self-discipline, self-motivation, and a desire to win over prospects
