Job Description & Summary

A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients.

You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Automation Engineer and Innovation team helps clearly articulate technology requirements and the business demand for automation and innovation solutions, influence senior stakeholders, and build a strong foundation to grow and scale.

You’ll deliver powerful and differentiated automation and innovation solutions enabling the business strategy of the Firm and evolving to accommodate changes as needed.

As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

    Build, maintain, and grow a network of talented digital professionals to :

  • Generate and manage a healthy automation pipeline through employee-led / initiated solutions;
  • Work with AC teams to provide requirements, determine impact, engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), drive adoption, and monitor health of deployed solutions;
  • Grow and maintain thriving Digital Communities that win the hearts and minds of AC staff and support them through digital transformation;
  • Lead the AC Digital Accelerators on their journey through the program and application of their skills for impact going forward by providing clear directions and ensuring alignment to business goals;
  • Drive useful adoption of digital upskilling programs and Digital Lab

  • Communicate AC Manila’s digital strategy with clarity and alignment;
  • Design and / or lead the implementation of digital upskilling and awareness programs;
  • Ensure AC Manila is on-track to meet or exceed its automation impact goals;
  • Provide strong leadership presence in the Digital Community to win the hearts and minds of AC Manila staff;
  • Support the Digital Community Leader in driving engagement among the Digital Champions and Ambassadors;
  • Act as overall project sponsor for programs under the Digital Community (, Learning Bursts, Digital Fitness, Lunch and Learns, Digital Lab);
  • Support the Digital Community in driving adoption of the aforementioned programs;
  • Provide recommendations on organizational structure, processes, and frameworks to facilitate continuous improvement in the Innovation and Digital Team and the Digital Community;
  • Provide regular status updates on upcoming and in-flight citizen-led automation projects to the center’s leadership team.
