Client Success Lead Fulfillment Coordinatorserves as a link between channel sources and the department to communicate and resolve issues and / or concerns on campaign fulfillment.
The day to day duties will include but are not limited to planning, monitoring, and preparation of production orders. Coordinate lead statuses and replacements to sources;
compile and upload lead files to and from internal systems and other 3rd party platforms. Perform coordination duties and maintain all work instructions and orders.
Job Responsibilities :
Daily Management of Leads
Ensuring accurate and successful lead qualification and delivery thru file extract and direct post into client CRM
Extract, QA and deliver lead files to clients on schedule
QA and import lead files received from partner sources
Daily review of unqualified leads including QA before pulling lead files and correcting / updating data when needed.
Lead replacements and returns are coordinated accordingly with Partner Management and Demand Generation Team
Coordinates with Lead QA Researcher Team and Client Experience Managers to follow up unprocessed leads.
Review orders for shortages; communicate shortages to respective sources
Collaborate and communicate with other departments to ensure the campaign'™s order fulfilment.
Month-end audit to all delivered leads
Communicate with the team to ensure that all campaigns are completed as scheduled
Any other tasks assigned by the management
Skills and Qualifications :
At least 1-2 years of client services experience in the media, advertising, or lead generation business.
Has experience in the B2B industry (preferably Outbound).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor.
Professional certification is a plus but is not required.
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the many details that come and go daily; must be comfortable with quickly changing directions and quick turnarounds
