  • Prepare the following documentation to support the provision of financial advice
  • Financial modelling of a client’s financial situation and of prescribed financial strategies requested by their financial adviser.
  • Liaise with product providers to find out all detailed information about a client’s financial position.
  • Coin replacement product analysis, including superannuation, insurance and platforms
  • Draft and finalise Statements of Advice, Records of Advice, Client Review documents
  • Complete insurance quotes
  • Maintain templates in Coin and client correspondence templates.
  • New product application forms and investment transfers.
  • Upload and administer client personal and investment data on Coin and other software systems used by the Business.
  • Reconcile client investment holdings.
  • Request client and product information from third parties.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks as directed, including completing forms and other documents.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning or Accountancy
  • Must be RG146 compliant
  • Sound knowledge of Coin and experience in inputting client portfolios and using financial modelling and product comparison tools.
  • Well adept on Microsoft Office (eg. Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Must be keen to details
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge in XPLAN required
