1. Duties & Responsibilities - Briefly describe the major duties, responsibilities and essential functions of the job and the % of work time spent on each :

Description of duties, responsibilities and essential functions % Time

Birchstreet and Non-Birchstreet invoices 30%

Reviewing entered details from online invoicing system on transmittal.

Entering supplier invoices and ensuring they are correctly coded, stamped, have purchase orders attached and are posted to the correct period.

Payment Run 20%

Preparing and processing weekly payment run (within agreed schedules or as required) with correct sign off authority.

Transmit electronic funds transfer payments to the bank.

Prepares Bpays and electronic cheque payments.

Mailbox Management 20%

Monitoring of multiple mailboxes on a daily basis for Accounts payable and Club Wyndham Accounts Payable.

Effective communication between suppliers, sales & administration staff, management and accounting staff.

Concur 10%

Review of credit card / expense statements submitted and processing into the system.

Other AP Tasks 20%

Regular reconciliation of supplier statements

Maintenance of supplier master files and a neat and accurate filing system.

Journals and correcting entries when required in the general ledger of all companies

Total 40 hours / week 100%
