About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to join our

Customer Service Representative team

  • In this role, you will be providing client service experience for small and medium business in the USA, UK and Australia.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Inbound and outbound call support including making bookings, taking orders and answering general inquiries;
  • Respond to emails and Live Chats; and
  • Support the workload of other Shared Support Team during periods of low-work volume.
  • As you are servicing clients across different time zones, you

    must be willing to work on a rotational shift - morning, afternoon or night.

    The shift schedule is reset every 2-3 months or longer intervals to ensure that you maintain good health and work life balance.

    This is a full-time, office-based position in Cebu City, Philippines.

    Requirements

  • Bachelors / College Degree in any field is preferred but not required;
  • Have at least 1 year of experience as sales or customer representative;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Experience in building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions;
  • Preferably with experience working in a BPO but not required;
  • Background in handling Hotel Reservations or similar;
  • Must be goal oriented, driven and motivated to deliver results;
  • Must have the ability to focus while multitasking;
  • Must have a positive mindset; and
  • Must be tech savvy.
