Primary Objective of the role :
The CRM Specialist will assist the marketing team with key data collection and building customer journeys, campaigns, and automation.
He / She will play a key role in supporting campaign set up, execution, testing, reporting, and optimization. The main goal is growing the marketing and sales funnel, re-engaging leads, and building lifecycle journeys to boost client retention.
The CRM Specialist will also work with the lead gen and sales team to ensure the quality and accuracy of leads and clients’ key information to establish database integrity.
He / She is responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insight and support strategic business decisions.
Key qualifications / Experience
Coordinate with the team to support planning and execution of key marketing activities and campaigns
Build and implement nurture funnels and automation based on marketing campaigns
Segment customer data to create targeted lists for sales and marketing
Execute email marketing campaigns, and conduct QA tests across campaigns and automated programs to identify key points for process improvement
Measure and report on campaign performance and provide regular updates and insights to the CRM marketing team
Ensure that the database is cleaned, de-duplicated, and maintained with accurate information for prospecting and retention
Generate reports with actionable insights and recommendations to enable the business teams to improve their sales and marketing strategy
Attributes / Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a marketing, IT or business discipline
At least 2-3 years of experience in CRM administration and Email Marketing
Data-driven : Experience working with data, building audience segments and reporting on campaign performance
Experience of working in marketing automation platforms to deliver marketing campaigns or automated programs such as Salesforce, Infusionsoft, Microsoft Dynamics
Skilled in email marketing, segmenting, and managing a CRM of large email lists
Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables and formulas)
Meticulous and extremely detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of HTML, and knowledge in Digital Marketing is a plus
