We are seeking an Office Manager who can help build and empower our world-class team and thrive in our fast-paced environment.

The Office Manager role is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the office, with a focus on quality, efficiency and time management.

The ideal candidate is an energetic professional, who does not mind wearing multiple hats.

Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Responsible for keeping up the look and feel of the office and preparing for new hires to join the company.
  • Lean in on varying tasks in support of HR functions, such as on-boarding new hires and coordinating new hire hardware-needs with IT.
  • Managing vendors.
  • Managing the admin staff and tasks.
  • Assisting all employees with any office related requests or issues.
  • Serve as the liaison between remote and headquartered employees to champion company initiatives, assist with internal communication efforts, and other office activities.
  • Keeping kitchen supplies, snacks and office supplies stocked, with the goal to maximize flow and productivity.
  • Maintain and Develop organisational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing and billing.
  • Support office projects and moves, space planning, mail station monitoring, and communication with building management.
  • Organise and execute meaningful team events (including holiday parties and other gatherings) that bring value to team unity, all in alignment with the budget and timing.
  • Assist team in liaising with snack suppliers, lunch caterers, and other vendors.
  • Spearhead meeting logistics and event planning to ensure efficient meetings and team events happen.
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of office manager, executive assistant or project coordinator experience.
  • Past experience in a role with customer-facing coordination responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
  • Attention to details.
  • Proficient in G- suite and Excel and other internal messaging systems, such as slack.
  • Technology start-up experience in a growth environment is highly desired.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • High level of knowledge in the English language.
