  • Assists the Vocational School Administrator in the administration and supervision of the school ;
  • Supervise vocational instruction and assists Trainers in structuring qualifications / courses;
  • Evaluates performance and accomplishment of Trainers;
  • Conducts training in Agricultural Crops Production NC I, NC II and NC III;
  • Supports trainer in Horticulture and Animal Production training Programs;
  • Solves training related problems;
  • Leads learning workplace communications;
  • Evaluates trainee performance;
  • Prepares and submit monthly reports and maintenance program;
  • Maintains training facilities;
  • Maintains 5S in working station and in the school premises;
  • Utilizes electronic media in facilitating training sessions;
  • Conducts competency assessment ;
  • Performs other functions deemed necessary JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE : Education : Master’s Degree Experience : 3 years of relevant experience Training : 16 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NCII) Eligibility : Career Service Professional or any eligibility appropriate for 2nd level position SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS :
  • National Trainers Training Course Assessed and Certified
  • Excellent interpersonal relations
  • Proficient in oral and written communications
  • Possesses positive work attitude CORE COMPETENCIES :

  • Conduct TNA All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than July 8, 2019 :
  • Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
  • Service Records;
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2018 and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
  • For government employee only : a copy of previous appointment;
  • Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your three (3) students;
  • Proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque for awards / rewards received;
  • Background Investigation Form duly accomplished by your superior, peer, subordinate and client
  • List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details :
  • Superior / Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client / Stakeholder;
  • Accomplishments / Achievements done during the last five (5) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records / diploma; and
